3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once you receive your RMA number, securely pack the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and accessories.
- Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a 5-10 business days.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
